Not only did it resolve the missing device issue, but it found improved drivers for roughly 8 other devices.
For the missing drivers/unknown device issue, I used the free version of Bit Driver Updater. Bottom line is that it worked immediately and resolved the most tricky issue for me. For anyone having the same issues, here's what fixed these problems for me.ġ For the missing PCI encryption/decryption controller driver, I found the solution on an HP site, which downloaded Intel's Trusted Engine whatever it's called. I resolved the problem before I saw your response, and thus have not tried your solutions.
